You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Whiskey Two-Four and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the county of Maricopa, Arizona, United States of America . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.   Whiskey Two-Four's lifetime warranty covers any product manufactured by Whiskey Two-Four that is damaged in the course of normal use.  Upon inspection of the product, we will determine if the lifetime warranty applies.  If it appears that misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear caused the damage, the item will be returned to the customer in the condition received or the customer will be given the option to pay for a repair or replacement.  If you have specific questions about Whiskey Two-Four's lifetime warranty, please email us at warranty@wtfpb.com.
