WTF's M4 double mag pouch has a flap that opens forward and downward rather than upward like a traditional flapped mag pouch.  This allows the flap to be immediately secured to the front of the pouch.  Heavy duty elastic keeps both mags in place until they're needed.

These are just like the M4 mag pouches our sister company provides to military and law enforcement.  No corners were cut, the only difference is that these are sized specifically for airsoft M4 magazines which are slightly shorter than their real steel counterpart.
