The front is a combo Velcro and ID pouch allowing the operator to display the best of both worlds be it patches, ID cards, or other pertinent identifiers.

The inside top has a row of pockets that hold anything from flashlights to smaller radios to pens to strobes to multi tools. An extra row of elastic helps to keep the items secure or extra items may be tucked in and stay put.
